Completed in October 2020, the Island Harbor Club Condos in Gananoque, Ontario, was a unique multifamily project that presented challenges from the ground up, literally. The brownfield site required a 2.5-year cleanup before construction could begin.

Parklands Manor Care Home is located in Chertsey, United Kingdom, just 18 miles southwest of London. This project won the hearts of our People’s Choice Award voters for its
