Project Profile: Sunshine Green Home
The Sunshine Green Home in Hurricane, Utah, was the builder’s first ICF project. He received four more build jobs based off this project. Two are using the same floor plan of this home, which was the Small Residential and People’s Choice winner.

Project Profile: The Driftwood
The builders of this million-dollar, Large Residential 1st Runner Up named The Driftwood, in 
southwest England, estimate that the crew saved 30 days by building the home with ICF over other 
building methods.

Project Profile: Garnet Way
This project won both the Unlimited Residential category and the People’s Choice Award in the 2023 ICF Builder Awards. The design followed the unusual terrain of the mountain in order to enhance the connection with the natural environment.
