Charlotte is the largest metropolitan region in North Carolina. When the combined city/county police department needed to upgrade their facilities, they turned to ICF.
The building would be used by an entire division: more than 100 officers who protect a 60 square mile area in the southwest corner of Mecklenburg County. Their first priority was to establish a more visible presence in the community, with the precinct building serving as a focal point in the community.
